We take pride in our personalized products and each item is custom-made to order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns without cause.
Changes Before Processing
Should you wish to alter the size or style of your product before we begin processing your order, you may do so by contacting our support team at hakumatatashop@gmail.com within 8 hours of placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Customization
If your product arrives damaged or incorrectly customized, we are here to help. To initiate a return, please contact us at hakumatatashop@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Approval and Refund Process
Upon approval, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Damages and Issues

Lost or Stolen Orders
We are not liable for any products lost or stolen upon confirmation of delivery by the courier. The company will not refund or replace orders confirmed to have been delivered but reported as lost or stolen.
